Generator Giveaway Official Rules

Promotion closes: January 5, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time

By entering the Champion Generator Giveaway (“Promotion”), each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Columbia Health and Safety, Inc. (“Sponsor”), which are final to the extent permitted by law.

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor is Columbia Health and Safety, Inc. Questions about the Promotion may be sent to info@columbiahealthandsafety.com.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Oregon or Washington who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and members of the immediate household of Columbia Health and Safety, Inc. are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins when first publicly offered by the Sponsor and ends January 5, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time. The Sponsor’s website and entry records are the official timekeeping records for online entries.

4. How to Enter

Submit a complete entry through the official online giveaway-entry form provided by Columbia Health & Safety. Required information must be accurate and belong to the entrant. Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, altered, or misdirected entries may be disqualified. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

A Home/Family Safety Meeting, product demonstration, purchase, social-media follow, comment, share, or other interaction does not improve an entrant’s odds of winning unless a separate lawful entry method is expressly described in writing by the Sponsor.

5. Prize

One winner will receive one new Champion 7500W Peak Running / Electric Start Generator, model 201281, with an approximate retail value of $999. The prize is awarded as described and has no cash alternative. If the advertised model becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.

The winner is responsible for any taxes, registration, transportation, accessories, fuel, installation, maintenance, or other costs not expressly included with the prize. The winner must follow all manufacturer instructions and safety requirements.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

A potential winner will be selected at random from eligible entries within 24 hours after the Promotion closes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted using the phone number or email address provided with the entry.

If the Sponsor cannot contact the potential winner, the potential winner does not respond within the time stated in the notification, or the potential winner is found ineligible or does not complete required documents, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Requirements of Winner

The potential winner must prove eligibility and may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and other documents reasonably necessary to award the prize. Where permitted by law, the winner must also grant written permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Failure to prove eligibility, sign required documents, grant required permission where lawful, or accept the prize as provided may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. General Conditions & Reservations

The Promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, attempts to obtain an unfair advantage, interferes with the Promotion, or violates these Official Rules.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, natural disaster, or another event outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or operation of the Promotion, the Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion and select a winner from eligible entries received before the interruption, to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for claims, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the acceptance, use, misuse, possession, transportation, or loss of the prize. Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Possible Daily Gift Offers

An entrant may be selected by the Sponsor and may be eligible to receive a daily thank-you gift in connection with an optional 60+ minute Home/Family Safety Meeting that may include an educational presentation or demonstration of home fire-safety products carried by the Sponsor.

There is no obligation to attend a meeting or demonstration, and agreeing to do so will not improve the chance of winning the Promotion. The estimated retail value of any such gift will be less than $60.

10. Contact Authorization & Opt-Out

Providing contact information authorizes the Sponsor to contact the entrant as necessary to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, and notify a potential winner. Promotional phone calls or emails will be sent only if the entrant separately provides the consent requested on the entry form, to the extent permitted by law. Promotional consent is optional and does not affect eligibility or odds of winning.

An entrant may opt out at any time or ask the Sponsor to stop using the entrant’s phone number or email address for promotional contact, and the Sponsor will honor the request as required by law. Opting out of promotional communications will not affect an otherwise eligible entry. The Sponsor does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by trusted service providers acting only on the Sponsor’s behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited, and only after required written permission is obtained, the winner agrees that the Sponsor may use the winner’s approved name, general location, likeness, photograph, voice, and statements about the Promotion for lawful promotional purposes without additional compensation.

12. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, communicate with entrants, verify eligibility, award the prize, maintain required records, and for other purposes described at entry and in the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

13. Social Platform & Manufacturer Disclaimer

This Promotion is sponsored solely by Columbia Health and Safety, Inc. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or Champion. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

14. Winner Information

After the prize is awarded, a request for the winner’s approved name or general location may be sent to info@columbiahealthandsafety.com. Information will be provided only as permitted by law and the winner’s approved publicity authorization.
