United States shipping
Columbia Health & Safety currently ships within the United States only. Only shipping methods available for your order and destination are shown at checkout.
Shipping choices
- Standard Book Shipping — $4.95: for qualifying book-only orders.
- Standard Shipping — $9.95: for qualifying MyMedic kit and other physical-product orders.
- Expedited Shipping — $19.95: where offered for your order and destination.
Mixed book and kit orders use the applicable Standard Shipping or Expedited Shipping rate. A separate full book-shipping charge is not added. Multiple kits use one applicable order-level shipping charge rather than a separate full charge for each kit.
Review the available method and shipping total at checkout before placing your order. Expedited Shipping is not a guarantee of overnight delivery or of a particular arrival date.
Apparel shipping
Apparel is made to order and ships directly from our fulfillment partner. Standard apparel shipping starts at $9.95 and increases with shipment weight; your final rate appears at checkout. Expedited Shipping is not available for orders containing apparel. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Orders combining apparel with books or safety products may arrive in separate shipments. Checkout shows one combined shipping total that includes the apparel shipment and the applicable non-apparel shipping charge. Apparel orders do not incur a separate shipping charge for each garment.
Delivery details
Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address and contact information. Processing time and carrier transit time may vary. Any estimates provided are estimates unless a specific guarantee is expressly offered for your order.
If we cannot ship within an indicated shipment period, or within the applicable legal timeframe when no period is stated, we will notify you and offer the required choice to agree to a delay or cancel for a refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights concerning shipment delays or merchandise that is not delivered.
