Shopping with Columbia Health & Safety
Columbia Health and Safety, Inc. (“Columbia Health & Safety,” “CHS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Washington-based retailer. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases through our online store and supplement our Website Terms. For a store purchase, these store terms and the linked shipping and return policies control if they conflict with general website terms. They do not limit consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Orders and acceptance
Please review the product, version, color, quantity, delivery address, and total before placing an order. Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An automated order-received email acknowledges the request; acceptance occurs when we confirm that the order has shipped.
Before acceptance, we may be unable to fulfill an order because an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorized, or there is a reasonable fraud or security concern. We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled and refund any payment collected for canceled items and any shipping charges that no longer apply.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support@columbiahealthandsafety.com promptly. We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment is underway. This does not affect applicable cancellation rights or our obligations concerning shipment delays.
Product information and availability
Product details, available options, and availability are shown on the product page. Check your selected version and color before ordering. We work to keep information accurate, but errors can occur. If a material description, availability, or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it or cancel and refund the affected purchase. We will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.
Pricing and payment
Store prices are in U.S. dollars. The order summary shows product charges, the selected shipping charge, applicable taxes, and the total before you submit your order. Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment is processed through the options offered at checkout and is subject to authorization. Later price changes do not change an accepted order.
Shipping and returns
We currently ship within the United States only. Available shipping options depend on your cart and address. Our Shipping Policy explains rates, mixed orders, and delivery information.
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the 14-day return-request window, eligible products, exclusions, shipping responsibilities, and refund process. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing-item situations are handled separately from ordinary returns.
Using preparedness products
Follow current manufacturer instructions, labels, storage guidance, and replacement schedules. Store descriptions and educational information are not medical advice and do not replace professional medical care or appropriate training. No product guarantees safety or an emergency outcome.
Manufacturer names identify the brands we sell. Any manufacturer warranty applies according to its actual terms; these terms do not create or expand a manufacturer warranty or remove statutory warranties or remedies. CHS is a retailer, not a fire department, medical provider, emergency-response service, or government agency.
Included training
MyMedic First Aid Video Training is included only where the selected product is identified as eligible. Training access instructions will be sent directly to you after purchase. It is separate from a Columbia Health & Safety Home Safety Meeting. A Home Safety Meeting is optional and is not required to purchase products or receive shipping.
Your information and privacy
Provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and let us know promptly if it needs correction. Keep any account sign-in information secure. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is used for orders, payments, fulfillment, customer service, and security.
Appropriate website use
Use the store lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, impersonate others, interfere with the website, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict misuse while preserving any applicable rights relating to existing orders.
Intellectual property
Our original branding, text, design, and other store content belong to CHS or are used with permission. Manufacturer names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Browsing or purchasing does not grant a right to commercially reuse that material. Uses permitted by law or by the rights holder are unaffected.
Website availability and responsibility
We work to keep the store accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or control every carrier or third-party service interruption. We remain responsible for our order, refund, and other obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for our fraud or willful misconduct.
Applicable law
These store terms are governed by Washington law and applicable federal law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. No provision requires you to give up rights or remedies that applicable law preserves.
Updates and contact
